You are most welcome Janene! Yes, I’ve seen neoprene a lot lately, but it has all been dresses. And, I couldn’t help thinking….what about the, ummm, perspiration factor around chest and underarms. I don’t think this fabric is known for breathing, is it? Then, I found this skirt! Awesome! I love how the fabric makes it ‘poodle like’ with no petticoat necessary. If you sew the skirt, I’d love it if you’d come back and post a pic or link here!
